Q: How would you describe yourself and your music in three ways?
A: I would describe my music as having a heavy West Coast influenced, very bouncy and vibey and authentic. Like I said previously, I only write what I know and what I’ve experienced.
Massachusetts Rapper D Beez
Q: If you could work with anybody in any industry, company or person, who would it be and why?
A: Definitely P.Diddy. He has been my idol since I was a kid. I just dig his swagger, his business, and his savvy persona. It is inspirational.
Artwork by: Pauly Steez
Q: How long have you been doing this for?
A: I have been creating art since I can remember, honestly, it started with tracing Dragonball Z, to drawing my favorite rappers and actors. Now I combine my childhood imagery, with the way culture influences the world, to get the work I create now.
Moslikely
Q: Where did the inspiration come from for your EP For Your Patience?
A: We were putting together “Arrival” and there was some tracks that did not make the first cut. Did not really know what to do with them, so figured it would be a disservice if I held those records instead of dropping them and thanking everyone for their patience.
Cloudy Nueve
Q: What is the story with paranoia?
A: Actually when I wrote that, I was actually in jail and wrote about all my ex’s because I’m pretty sure they were out sabotaging me together… lmao
Toronto’s very own Natosh Renee
Q: What is a short term goal?
A: To get my first album complete before summer 2020.

A: I would love to have my own dance showcase, that would be so dope!!!

A: I actually wanted to play in the NBA! I grew up in Chicago for the Jordan era, that was the vibe back then.

My name is Sherren Olivia. I am a singer-songwriter from Chicago, IL. I love music and have been singing since I was a child. I began singing in church at a young age and continued to sing throughout my life in choirs. In college, I was introduced to recording and songwriting where I started to work with other musicians. I released my first two songs in 2015 on Soundcloud. I remember hoping that song would get to 500 plays and never imagined that something I wrote in my dorm room would reach over 100,000 people.
My first album "Oasis" was released this past February 2022. My journey has just begun and I am very excited to continue growing as an artist and make more music. I want to encourage anyone who loves to make music and create art to never stop creating. Create things that you like and do not try to create for others.
