Q: What are some of your strengths in your career?
I feel ridiculously blessed and grateful to even be able to call what I do a career. The fact that I have had music videos, paid shows, interviews, and have released multiple songs makes me feel comfortable enough to finally call the journey I am on a career path…
New Releases: Dee Gomes Falling For You
Dee Gomes released yet another video. This video is to his song Falling for You. Like many of Dee’s videos, there is a significant female role played in the video…
Delly "TWENTY7" Album Review
After listening to No Games, I had to double back and listen to his latest project. Twenty7 had a variety of sounds and vibes. This project had an experimental mood, expanding his artistry range.
New York Artist Puma Juma
Q: Where did the name Puma Da Vinci come from? What is the story behind your name? Was this always your name?
A: Puma Da Vinci was inspired by Leonardo Da Vinci, the artist who made the Mona Lisa. That piece of artwork inspires me because it is timeless and I want my music to be the same way. Puma Juma basically comes from the fact that nobody knew how to say Juma so I used to just say call me Puma w/ a J.
Cashtro Like Fidel
Q: what is your opinion or feeling to the injustices that are going on? How do you think your art can make an impact on this?
A: I believe art is just a small part of this bigger issue. The impact will be made in behaviour and actions, being the difference that I want to see. As far as The music it will always be a birds-eye view into the life of a black man in America because that’s what I am. So you will hear about the injustices and fight to not become another statistic due to the systematic racism that holds back minorities and enslaves so many brown people in this country. It’s heartbreaking to know a black life has no value in America but brings so much value to American culture.
Seattle Artist: Kateel
Q: Who is your favorite fashion icon and why?
A: That is a tough one because I am just developing my eye for fashion. Prince is one of my Dad’s favorite artists and he put me on to some things growing up that I think will always stick with me. Rather than a person, I would say Neo-Soul is my biggest fashion influence

My name is Sherren Olivia. I am a singer-songwriter from Chicago, IL. I love music and have been singing since I was a child. I began singing in church at a young age and continued to sing throughout my life in choirs. In college, I was introduced to recording and songwriting where I started to work with other musicians. I released my first two songs in 2015 on Soundcloud. I remember hoping that song would get to 500 plays and never imagined that something I wrote in my dorm room would reach over 100,000 people.
My first album "Oasis" was released this past February 2022. My journey has just begun and I am very excited to continue growing as an artist and make more music. I want to encourage anyone who loves to make music and create art to never stop creating. Create things that you like and do not try to create for others.
