Return Policy

Eligibility: You can return any item purchased from the Fits By A.L.I.E.N page within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at alien3ntertainment@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Exceptions: Some items are not eligible for returns, such as custom-made, personalized, or final sale items. These items will be clearly marked on the product page. We also do not accept returns of items that are damaged, stained, or altered by the customer.
