S.U.R.F

I'm an artist from Atlanta, Georgia representing zone 6 and I go by the name S.U.R.F. It stands for Someone U Remember Forever

Q: What is the story of what started your career? What got you interested in music?

I took an audio engineering class my sophomore year of high school and it's been up ever since.

S.U.R.F

Q: What do you like most, making a video or making a song?

I think the song creating process is my favorite because you get to go piece by piece and create whatever is on your mind into sound. You can take feelings, expressions, and emotions and craft them into a 2 to 3 minute moment in time.

Q: What is the story behind, both the song and video, with Toxic?

It’s the story of a relationship that has lost its purpose. It’s the story of two people who have no business being together, finding a way to make it work even if it changes them for the better or worse. The video is meant to display me searching for this girl and everywhere I look I can’t find her and once I do it’s like everything goes back to normal regardless of whether that normal was good or bad.

Q: Do you like to write about stuff that is relevant to your life? Why or why not?

Yes, I cant make anything that doesn’t apply to me.

Are you an artist?

Would you like to be featured?

Q: Is there anything that you would like to add to your merch shop? If so, what would you like to add?

No merch available currently
Q: What is your favorite project so far that you have released?

I haven't released it yet actually but I’m currently working on one.

Q: How do you get yourself into a creative mindset to write?

When I make music now I don't really write anymore. I just make what feels good.

Q: What is your process like, when having an idea for a song?

I put down a melody first, then once I have that I decide on what I want the song to be about. Whatever comes to my mind that fits, I do.

Q: Is there anybody you would like to work with? Who would the first person be?

I Would love to work with Trippie Redd.
