Q: What is your favorite genre of music when you are not performing ?

A: It’s always been hip-hop/rap, but a little bit of Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Norah Jones when I was younger. A$AP Rocky, Joey Badass, Travis Scott, Kendrick Lamar, Wale, Rich Forever - other than that I’m listening to my own music and looking to dissect my own work before I’m listening to anybody else.

Q: What is your biggest inspiration? What about it inspires you?

A: My biggest inspiration is probably Mother Nature. Just the fact that the weather is forever evolving and moving - reminds me there is an outside force that is controlling all of this. Everything going on around me. This reminds me that there is something out there that has a plan for me in the future. Mother Nature does whatever it wants no matter what anybody says about it. Doesn’t care about what people want just does what she does. One of the reasons my recent album is called BOLT, the inspiration I feel every time I see Mother Nature in action. And of course my actual mother.

Q: What is something you would want the public to know about you as an artist?

A: I know that I’m white and I know that I’m from the suburbs and I know that rap and hip/hop is a predominantly African American genre of music—I know the roots of the genre - but I think we're all equal we all go through our own personal shit no matter the race - which is why I continue to make music - music has always been a passion of mine and its the best way I know to express myself and look towards music as a stress-reliever/outlet. My goal is to make good music whether it is by myself or collaborating with someone else and have a positive impact on others life through music. If you don’t agree with me making rap music I would be happy to have a discussion about it and try to come to an agreement.

Q: Who would you want to work with in the artist community and why?

A: Definitely A$AP Rocky. I think he has an extremely open mind which I fuck with. I don’t like artists that talk about basic stuff - I like outlandish similes, metaphors - no matter how wild it is or how crazy it sounds in the song. Definitely interested in others too; Lil Wayne, Travis Scott, Joey Badass, Wale, Trippie Redd, Jay Critch, Rich The Kid, Famous Dex. Think I could make a lot of good music with these artists and many others.

Q: When will you be dropping your newest project?

A: I just dropped my latest project, BOLT, on all streaming platforms October 8th. In the midst of coming up with a date for my next one, featuring a lot of RI artists.

I say Im going to make it so i'm going to try it . I stand by going for your dreams as long as possible, until you either don't have fun with it anymore or you can not physically do it anymore.

Q: What is something you weren’t prepared for in your career?

A: The music industry is a lot more about the business than the actual art. The money that is put into everything. Ya boy would be rich without music. Just economically rich though not emotionally. If I wasn’t investing in myself and my music I wouldn’t feel right because of the joy it brings me and the knowledge that I have an opportunity to better my life through music / make a name for myself / be remembered past my death / be a positive outreach to others.

Q: What is a long term goal with your career?

A: Being able to live in the studio. No hourly rate no nothing. Just me in the studio with an engineer, all the time, playing with new sounds and making new waves. Really exploring my ceilings and what I can do without a time limit and worrying about the money coming out of my pocket each hour. That would make me really happy.

Q: What do you do during your free time ?

A: Smoke, drink, write, basketball, gym, some girls in the mix. School work. Been doing some yoga which is the real deal. The mind is the strongest part of the body.

Q: What do you like specifically about A.L.I.E.N Entertainment?

A: It’s always felt like a home to me. I first met Ben, then JD, and then Lito all in the studio the first 1 or 2 times I booked time at the studio. I think they all saw that I had talent and potential to really make good music which I’ve always appreciated as I’m a kid that’s been judged because of my background rapping to certain "types" of beats, but its never been about color or anything with us. They’re all great dudes I love em all, they’ve all been role models, big brothers to me in the music industry always can count on them for advice or anything. And don’t let me forget about Burrbrato that is my dog. I haven’t personally worked with him on anything yet, but he’s always been there in the studio dancing and rolling up giving me the hype I need to keep going. Definitely look forward to working with him in the future. A.L.I.E.N. Entertainment was right there as I actually began to seriously make music.
