The Digital Musician: Napkins
Q:What do you like about playing the guitar? Is that the only instrument you play?
A:I'm not good at playing instruments. But I am good at playing digital instruments.I have been doing computer music for 15 years.
Q: What are some of the songs you’ve produced/ covered? Any favorites?
A: I do not want to do serious music or sad music .I want to do music that makes people happy and fun .I like all the music videos that I made with entertainment.
Q: What platform do you use the most with making music?
A: I have been using a program called 'Studio One' for three years. Before that, I used 'cubase' for more than 10 years.
Q: What do you like the most with the YouTube community?
A:I watch a lot of soccer highlights and scientific content. However, my favorite YouTube channel is 'Audrey Mika'. The reason is, growing up as a musician like her is because of the age of this era. I think it is the right way. Artists hiding all over the world are growing using social media. From now on, only individual artists will survive. I also respect J.fla who lives in the same country as me.
Q: What do you like the least with the YouTube community?
A: A meaningless advertisement of large companies
Q: How did you feel when you reached 100,000 subscribers?
A: It is true that it is a large number, but It did not feel like a lot of numbers. I did it for five years, but now I felt it was the beginning.
Q: What is your goal number of subscribers?
A:10,000,000! But before I reach this goal, the world will change. I do not know if I will keep using 'YouTube' until then. But I think I will make music and videos while I live.
Q: What got you into making videos?
A: I do not know. I am losing my eyesight because of the amount of work I do.
Q: What motivates you to keep working?
A: I want to be a powerful artist and do a good job. And I want to record myself in the world. Maybe every artist thinks similar to me. When I reached 100,000 subscribers, I made a donation for the children in need. I think I will donate more when I grow up. I had to make money in my twenties. I have been devoted to music since I was in my 30s. I am 35 years old now. If a talented young people can not make art because of money, I want to help. I will continue to try to be a person who deserves it.
