FreeForm Jordan, Hip Hop and Dancehall Artist

I am an artist representing CT and JA. I rap and mix it with dancehall at times, as well. I could show you better than I could tell you, but my style is different and refreshing to hear.

Q: If you could describe your music in three ways, what would it be?

Different. Refreshing. Felt.

Q: Where did the name Freeform Jordan come from?

Just the way of life I live, real conscious and intuitive. It describes my music as well. I could do dancehall, then rap, and sing on the same song. You can not put me in a box. I also had freeform locs

Q: What do you like and dislike about being an artist from Connecticut?

It is Connecticut. There is no music outlet here.

Q: What was your performance like at the XL Center? What was this event for?

It was a vibe. It was for one of the biggest sneaker conventions in Connecticut.

Q: Why do you like to make music videos? What is your favorite one that you have released?

I think music videos are necessary if you are an artist, to be honest. Anybody would tell you, I do not like cameras too much. My favorite music video was God Fam and Poetry, for sure.

Q: What was the process like with making your album “The Gyallis”?

Just found the beats and the words flowed after that.

Q: What is the story you are trying to tell with the song Stress Relief?

Stress relief was just an on-the-spot type of vibe. I just wrote everything I was thinking, at the moment, and the events in my life at the time, letting off some stress. That song is really special for sure.

Q: How do you want to expand your career?

I would like to just make music for anyone who can relate and reach them wherever they are in the world. I do not care about the fame.

Q: What is your biggest motivation to keep creating?

My bros and life, for sure. They always tell me how good my shit is and to take it more seriously cause my talent is undeniable. That type of shit keeps me recording.

Q: If you could open for any headliner, who would it be and why?

I do not know. Probably J. Cole or something. I do not listen to his music like that, but I feel his fans would feel my music differently, if not him than Chris brown or something cause I know ‘You’ would go crazy in there.
